1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing our website, purchasing a consulting package, booking a venue or yacht, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

2. Services Provided

 

7 Fig Retreat Launch LLC offers:

  • Sales & Marketing Consulting for retreat, medical-travel, and wellness businesses.

  • Venue & Yacht Rentals via third-party owners and operators.

  • Business-Credit Advisory & Funding Support for U.S.-registered companies.

We act solely as a consultant and intermediary, not as a lender, broker, or property manager.

​

3. Subscriptions and Billing

 

Certain digital programs, courses, or memberships are offered on a subscription basis.

  • Billing cycles may be monthly or annual, with automatic renewal until cancelled.

  • You authorize 7FRL to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees.

  • You may cancel renewals via your account dashboard or by contacting edgar.fernandez@7figretreatlaunch.com.

  • Except when required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Free Trials and Fee Changes

 

We may offer time-limited free trials at our discretion. If billing details are provided, no charge will occur until the trial ends.
7FRL reserves the right to change subscription or service fees with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price update constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Bookings & Payments

 

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable.

  • Clients are responsible for FX, transfer, or credit-card processing fees.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.

  • Full payment terms are specified in each invoice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

 

Refund eligibility varies by supplier and will be disclosed in your booking documents.


7FRL will advocate for client refunds or credits, but cannot guarantee them.


Administrative fees may apply to date or participant changes.

7. Travel Insurance & Risk Assumption

 

Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, lost items, and personal liability.
7FRL is not liable for injuries, delays, or damages arising from third-party services, venues, or travel arrangements.

8. Third Parties & Intermediaries

 

We collaborate with independent vendors, including:

  • Venue/yacht owners, concierge teams, and event planners

  • Wellness practitioners and facilitators

  • Financial-service and technology providers

​

Your contract for any third-party service is directly with that supplier. 7FRL assumes no liability for their acts, omissions, or quality of service.

9. SMS and Electronic Communications

 

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages regarding bookings, account updates, and promotional content.


Message frequency varies; standard carrier rates apply.

10. Accounts & Security

 

To create an account, you must be 18 years or older and provide accurate information.


You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

11. Intellectual Property

 

All materials, branding, frameworks, SOPs, and content distributed by 7FRL remain our exclusive property.


You may not reproduce or resell them without written consent.

12. Confidentiality

 

“Confidential Information” means non-public information disclosed in the course of business, marked confidential or reasonably understood as such.


Neither party shall disclose or use the other’s Confidential Information except to perform obligations under these Terms or as required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

 

7FRL and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill) arising from use of our services.


Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7FRL, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

16. Force Majeure

 

7FRL is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

​

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

18. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via website notice or email, with at least 30 days’ notice before taking effect.
